Ansonia police arrested four members of an alleged narcotics ring early Wednesday morning, according to Lt. Andrew Cota. The four, Debra Winkler, 50; Michelle Cuevas, 44; Michael Servidio, 42; and Kevin Grandy, 25, all lived at 1 Holbrook Place, the location officers from Ansonia, Derby, Shelton, West Haven and the state raided shortly after 5 a.m.
The Ansonia Anti-Crime Unit had secured the search and seizure warrants after a lengthy investigation into illegal sales of prescription narcotics, Cota said.
Winkler was charged with two counts of selling prescription drugs, two counts of conspiracy to sell prescription drugs, possession of narcotics and failure to keep drugs in their original container. Bond was a total of $60,000.
Cuevas was charged with sale of prescription drugs, failure to keep drugs in their original container and possession with intent to sell prescription drugs. Bond for Cuevas was $30,000.
Servidio was charged with sale of narcotics, conspiracy to sell narcotics, conspiracy to possess narcotics, narcotics possession and failure to keep narcotics in their container. Bond was $20,000.
Grandy was charged with sale of narcotics, conspiracy to sell narcotics, conspiracy to possess narcotics, narcotics possession and failure to keep narcotics in their container. Bond was $20,000.
